EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM

In its twelve year history, BlackTree Enterprises, Inc. has grown from conception to a high-growth company. Jamaal Finkley, founded BlackTree in late 1996 and established the current company concept and mission. In 2007, Jamaal took over as President and CEO. With extensive experience in video shooting, video production, and post-production, Finkley manages the strategic direction of the company and oversees all video production. Lydia Idem brings 11 years of experience in information technology consulting and web development. She manages and oversees the development of all web media. Anthony Idem, Jr. works to develop business partnerships with his background in sales and finance. Tre Grady manages BlackTree's East coast operations. Craig Cephus handles marketing for BlackTree.
